Hi there, I'm Chef Alexis, also known as Dominique, from Augusta, GA. In 2019, I founded SSLC with a vision from God to create desserts that reflect the love and creativity of my clients. I attended Escoffier Culinary School to hone skills and create beautiful masterpieces that melt in your mouth and take you on a of different flavors. I specialize in cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, bread, and pastries, and offer custom dessert tables and corporate brunch or events packages.
